생성

Collector Manager 가 관리하는 collector 를 생성한다.

collector 를 생성할 때, 이름과 템플릿 파일의 경로를 필수적으로 입력받는다.

collector의 이름은 첫 번째 인자로 입력 받고, 템플릿 경로는 -m 또는 --template 옵션으로 지정해야 한다.
